Returns & Exchanges

We exchange or return any unmodified and unused Hair Extensions purchased within 30 days with the original purchase receipt and the product itself. 

All DI MILESI WIGS, CLIP-IN, BANGS, PONYTAILS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, AND HAIR PRODUCTS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We don't have any responsibility for the service provided by hair stylists.

Defective Products/Analysis Process

We are proud to tell you that we have an exclusive policy for any issue with the product. Hair extensions with 100% human hair are considered a hygienic product by law; even though we know that things can happen, we're human and, therefore, not perfect. If you feel something is wrong with the product after the application within 30 days of your purchase, you can submit a request to analyze the product. 

We’ll need the product used and the original purchase receipt. Your request will be analyzed within 30 days. After analysis, the hair will be inspected and evaluated to determine if it was a factory defect or misuse of the product by the user. We’ll send you a report with the decision. 

IMPORTANT: Active claims without actions taken by the person who filed them within 30 days will be considered abandoned and closed. The date of last contact will determine the close date. Claims cannot be reopened.  

Our hair analysis process does not cover any hair extensions exposed to chemical treatments such as hair color, toners, or purple shampoos or are affected by chlorine exposure. Dry hair, split ends, or brittle hair are not considered manufacturing defects. Those are characteristics that may appear on any human hair.


You can process your return/exchange or analysis process in four simple steps:

  1. Initiate a return request by emailing us at dimilesiusa@gmail.com with your order number. Please tell us what you would like to do by choosing one of the following options:
  • Receive a refund for your original payment.
  • Receive in-store credit.
  • Exchange for a different item.
  1. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received, approved, or rejected within 5-7 business days. 
  2. Once your return is accepted, you can return the package using either:
  • A printable, prepaid return label.
  • A carrier of your choice and as your cost, shipping is non-refundable unless we made a shipping error (please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase).

  1. Once we receive your returned items, we will process the return/exchange within 2 - 3 business days. Please note: most financial institutions will take 3-5 business days to process refunds. However, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $10 restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.
